First crane raised at new construction site in Etobicoke

Etobicoke, Ont. – The early stages of construction work are moving along for a new mid-rise residential community just steps from Humbertown Plaza near Royal York and Dundas in the Toronto borough of Etobicoke.

The Benvenuto Group‘s 293 The Kingsway is replacing a recently-cleared group of mid-20th century mid-rise apartment buildings with a mix of new mid-rise condominium and rental buildings, wrapping around the cul-de-sac of St Stevens Court. Urban Toronto reports. | READ MORE
